Terms of Service for BillMaster97
By accessing billmaster97.com, using the BillMaster97 web application, or purchasing an Enterprise license, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the software.
1. Software License Grant
- Starter Community License: Free for individual entrepreneurs and small counters generating up to 50 invoices per calendar month.
- Enterprise Pro License: Unlocks unlimited invoice volume, Speed POS, OCR scanning, and soundbox confirmation for 1 active counter terminal per license.
- Multi-Store Enterprise License: Unlocks multi-store branch profiles, offline P2P synchronization, and up to 3 active counter terminal activations per license.
2. Offline Architecture & User Data Responsibility
Because BillMaster97 functions 100% client-side and offline, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your device's browser cache or using the built-in 1-click JSON/CSV export feature to safeguard your business ledgers.
3. Intellectual Property
The BillMaster97 software, codebase, trademarks, and user interface designs are the intellectual property of Narayan Modak. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell cracked commercial license keys.
4. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the author be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from lost sales, hardware disconnects, or taxation miscalculations.
5. Payments, Taxes & Merchant of Record
All commercial license purchases on billmaster97.com are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Lemon Squeezy handles order fulfillment, PCI-DSS payment compliance, customer billing support, and the collection and remittance of applicable global sales taxes (including VAT, GST, and US State Sales Tax).
6. Refund & Return Policy
Commercial license purchases are subject to the refund policies managed and enforced through Lemon Squeezy. Because BillMaster97 provides a free Starter Community edition to test all core functions prior to purchase, refunds on digital license keys are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms.
